Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally, providing superior service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and offering upgrades or fuel options. Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while managing outgoing callback calls. Assist with rental returns by assessing vehicle condition and notify management of customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. This seasonal role at Enterprise Mobility's Harrisburg Airport location runs from July 6, 2026, through December 14, 2026, with shifts including Thursday through Monday evenings and Saturday through Wednesday afternoons. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the US, and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must experience a 3 month break in service prior to working as a seasonal or regular employee
