Job Summary
Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support AI call operations during the summer. Responsibilities include monitoring AI-assisted customer calls for accuracy and quality, reviewing call workflows, handling repetitive administrative and data-entry tasks, escalating concerns as needed, documenting customer feedback and trends, maintaining confidentiality, updating records and notes, and helping improve workflow efficiency by identifying recurring issues. Requires high school diploma, strong communication, and ability to work with AI-supported systems; prior customer service experience preferred. Roles are in-person in Novato, CA, for a limited-term seasonal period (June–August) with full-time hours and seasonal benefits.
