Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally while providing superior service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and approved sales techniques. Answer incoming calls for reservations and rate quotes, place outgoing callback calls, and offer local assistance including directions and maps. Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return and notify management of any customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. This seasonal window runs May 1 through October 31, 2026, with shifts available from 9am to 5:30pm, 11am to 7:30pm, or 5pm to close. Pay starts at $19/hour plus a $2/hour shift differential for 9pm–5am hours, with monthly commissions ranging from $300–$500.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have at least 6 months prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- This a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season
