Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary
Collect online orders during peak season while verifying accuracy and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Support off-hours operations including early morning and overnight shifts, and create a warm, welcoming environment in stores. Seek information on new products and promotions, and contribute to health and safety initiatives by holding self and others accountable. Share ideas with leadership to improve employee and customer experiences. This role requires overnight availability from September 27 to December 16, with 5 am shifts from September through December. Bilingualism in French and English is required for Québec positions.
Required Qualifications
- Overnight availability for select dates September 27-16th
- 5 am availability September to December
- Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required
- Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required for the role)
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- Support in off hours work, both early morning and overnight
