Seasonal Customer Experience Representative - 30th Street Train Station

Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner while providing superior, efficient service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and approved products. Use sales techniques to determine needs and offer optional protection, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, and place outgoing calls for callback management. Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return and notify management of known customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. This seasonal role at the 30th Street Train Station in Philadelphia ends December 2026. Pay starts at $17.42/hour plus up to $1,100 in monthly commission bonuses. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and work the Monday through Friday 11 AM–8 PM schedule with an alternating weekend day.
