Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and personal contact, resolving inquiries, processing counter transactions, and handling billing or collections as assigned. Document customer records, manage parts inventory, and coordinate service requests for gas or water needs while ensuring paperwork is complete and submitted accurately. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality, follow safety training, and collaborate with the team to establish goals and standards. This role requires strong data entry skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment, and regular attendance at the worksite during scheduled hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
