Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and personal contact, resolving inquiries, processing counter transactions, and handling billing or collections as assigned. Document customer records, manage parts inventory, and ensure all paperwork is submitted accurately and timely. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service team to coordinate safe, timely responses for gas and water service needs. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment with regular interruptions. Requires strong data entry skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently. Local travel only; physical presence at the worksite during regularly scheduled hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
- Exercise solid organizational and communication skills
- Good phone skills and computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Must be dependable with a stable work history
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary
- Effectively collaborate with leadership and employees to establish goals and standards
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and safety
- Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally
- Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment
- Customer service or inside sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of water solutions
