Seasonal Critical Care Tech

Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient physical and emotional needs. Place orders, receive and stock supplies, and assist staff with filing, medical records, and daily tasks. Perform technical procedures including IV insertion, splinting, and wound care per established policies. Communicate observations to RNs and physicians regarding patient treatment and report hazards or errors. Provide person-centered care while accurately documenting all tasks and maintaining confidential patient charts. Demonstrate effective clinical strategies to ensure patient and associate safety. Collaborate with medicine, nursing, and other professionals on care plans, follow-up, and evaluation.
