Job Summary

Train and coach Core and Seasonal colleagues on essential job tasks, operating procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards across multiple departments. Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and retraining for existing staff to reinforce proper procedures and improve performance. Perform frequent quality and productivity audits, observe workflows, and provide immediate corrective feedback to ensure operational excellence. Partner with Warehouse Managers and Training Ambassadors to identify operational gaps, solve performance issues, and implement training solutions. Greet new hires, answer operational questions, and document training progress while maintaining safe workplace behaviors and flexible attendance for peak operations.

Required Qualifications
