Job Summary
Temporary six-month Conversions Specialist role to support conversion requests and adapt Lakeshore educational products into customized solutions. You will review and process incoming conversion requests, partner with cross-team colleagues to support product conversions, develop knowledge of Lakeshore offerings and relevant competitors, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving products and processes. Requires familiarity with Lakeshore products, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to work PST hours in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work PST hours
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Reader; comfortable learning new technologies
- Familiarity with Lakeshore products and solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service–oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects organized
- Office setting experience or exposure to administrative tasks
