Job Summary
Seasonal/part-time Maintenance Technician at Beavers Bend State Park performs entry-level park care and maintenance tasks including lawn care, minor construction and repairs, plumbing fixture maintenance, electrical work, roofing and structural repairs, scaffolding, masonry, and general building and grounds upkeep. Responsibilities cover cutting grass and vegetation, cleaning culverts and drains, repairing and installing plumbing fixtures, constructing/renovating structures, maintaining lighting and electrical systems, operating and maintaining park equipment, and performing miscellaneous repairs (doors, windows, locks, HVAC components, concrete work, and related duties) as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Regular bending, stooping, squatting, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Some locations may require a valid Driver’s License
