Job Summary
Prepare hot food items and deliver them to concession stands while restocking depleted areas. Support the Back of the House Team Lead by ensuring product availability across all Food & Beverage stands, maintaining quality and cleanliness standards. Adhere to Department of Health Regulations and Alcohol Service Guidelines, communicating product levels and equipment issues as needed. Participate in special projects and perform other duties assigned during the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7 environment while standing for entire shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of kitchen experience
- Proven work history of above average work performance
- Guest service skills
- Detail oriented
- Team mentality
- Comfortable with heights
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent internal and external customer service
- Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
- Receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
