Job Summary
Mix, garnish, and service alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while selling food, beverage, and merchandise to guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Prepare display merchandise, maintain cleanliness of your assigned location, and assist Team Leads with set-up, breakdown, and equipment maintenance. Verify cash banks, complete cashier worksheets, and notify supervisors of product replenishment needs. Answer guest inquiries professionally, adhere to health department standards and TEAM training guidelines, and rotate positions within shifts. This seasonal, event-driven role supports the Radio City Christmas Spectacular with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Must be able to handle transactions without a register
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Must be able to complete daily and nightly inventory
- Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work at least 4 days/nights a week including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to multi-task and partner with asst. supervisors to handle customer service issues
- Must be flexible to rotate positions within a shift
- Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
- Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift
Desired Qualifications
- Bartending license is a plus
