Job Summary
Seasonal Client Advisor for Diesel at Roma - Piazza di Spagna. Act as an authentic, passionate client advisor with an intuitive sales approach, delivering an excellent in-store experience, storytelling, and asking engaging questions. Build long-term client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives, drive sales through cross-selling and achievement of individual sales targets and KPIs, maintain high visual standards on the shop floor, and contribute to stock procedures and security. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, luxury-sector understanding, and willingness to evolve within the organization; Italian and English language proficiency are mandatory (additional languages a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles is a plus.
- Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
- Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
- Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus
