Job Summary
Seasonal Client Advisor role in Florence for Diesel store, focusing on delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, storytelling, active listening to identify client needs, building long-term relationships through personalized service, handling complaints with maturity, driving individual and team sales results, cross-selling across departments, maintaining high standards of shop floor presentation and stock procedures, and staying updated on fashion trends. Key skills include excellent communication, clienteling and CRM activities, product and brand knowledge, ability to work collaboratively to meet sales targets, and awareness of security procedures. Prior sales experience and familiarity with luxury fashion retail are considered pluses; willingness to evolve within the organization and comfort with a dynamic retail environment are valued. The compensation includes a gross annual salary in the €23k-€26k range (converted to USD as part of annualized compensation) with variable incentive tied to individual sales performance, and the company emphasizes development opportunities within the Diesel and OTB group store network.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles is a plus
- Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus
- Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
