Job Summary
Provide customer service for various exhibits and shows by assisting guests to safely enjoy their experience. Sell tickets and retail merchandise using suggestive selling methods while maintaining displays. Operate cash registers and POS systems to process sales, then handle cash bank deposits following established control procedures. Answer guest inquiries via phone or electronically, direct guests to proper locations, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality while developing positive working relationships with the team. Perform duties requiring extended standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and following all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
