Job Summary
Provide customer service for various exhibits and shows by assisting guests to safely enjoy their experience. Sell tickets and retail merchandise using suggestive selling methods while maintaining displays. Operate cash registers and POS systems to process sales, then manage cash bank deposits following established procedures. Answer guest inquiries via phone or electronically in a prompt, courteous manner and direct guests to proper locations. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. Welcome guests according to standards and anticipate service needs. Perform duties requiring extended standing or walking and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
