Job Summary
Provide customer service for various exhibits and shows by assisting guests to safely enjoy their experience. Sell tickets and retail merchandise using suggestive selling methods while operating cash registers and POS systems. Handle cash bank deposits following established procedures and answer guest inquiries via phone or electronically. Direct guests to proper locations and report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager. Maintain displays, verify uniform standards, and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 pounds. Welcome guests according to company standards and support the team to reach common goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
