Job Summary
Provide theatrical entertainment for guests while in character, performing skits or plays solo or with other actors. Maintain a fun and comfortable atmosphere by engaging audiences and anticipating service needs. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager while completing required safety training. Follow all company policies, ensuring uniform and personal appearance remain clean and professional. Walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Develop positive working relationships with team members and comply with quality assurance standards. Submit a performance resume specifying height, as specific physical proportions are required for costume fit and character integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Public performance and entertainment experience
- Must be a confident actor who is capable of performing in front of and engaging audiences
- Must be able to walk for an extended period of time
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to speak with others using clear and professional language
- Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Must be able to support team to reach common goals
- Must be able to comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Must be able to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Must be able to complete safety training and certifications
- Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures
- Must be able to ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Must be able to protect company assets
