Job Summary
Assist pit boss in loading catering equipment and food to execute offsite events, then set up service lines and serve guests while maintaining clean areas. Perform basic food preparation and storage, ensuring all packaging and loading guidelines are followed for timely arrival. Break down service lines, clean equipment, and move tables/chairs for private restaurant events. Clearly understand procedures for serving guests with allergens and dietary restrictions, and keep immediate supervisors informed of service issues. Treat all guests, team members, and managers with respect and courtesy while adhering to company guidelines. Weekend availability required for shifts ranging from early morning to late night.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to regularly work weekend
- Must be able to speak and follow written and verbal communications
- ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail experience
- Alcohol certification
- Food handler's certification
- Valid driver's license preferred
