Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and manage the hustle of Christmas trade as a seasonal retail assistant. Execute multi-tasking duties while maintaining a cool, calm demeanor during peak holiday periods. Represent the ASICS brand with a strong understanding of products and a performance mindset focused on accountability and fairness. Join the Essendon team on a casual roster from November 2026 through January 2027, with availability required for weekends, late nights, and holidays. Participate in a group interview at the store on September 3rd at 6:15 pm for the next stage of the selection process.
Required Qualifications
- A positive team player who takes initiative and picks up new tasks quickly
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A cool, calm and collected operator who can manage the hustle and bustle of Christmas trade
- A strong understanding of the ASICS brand and our products
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, following instruction and working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have flexible availability to cater to a casual roster from November 2026 - January 2027
