Job Summary
Consistently keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates while engaging multiple clients at the cash wrap with personalized service. Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise. Manage all aspects of a customer's expectations, clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes, and delivery. Affirm the client's purchase, offer additional merchandise suggestions, and share information about product, in-store events, and workshops. Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area, maximize available resources to resolve issues, and perform other duties as assigned by management. Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend and two during the week.

- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday)
- Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
