Job Summary
Seasonal Cashier at Lowe's provides SMART customer service, helps customers locate, demonstrate, select, carry, and load merchandise, and explains stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, applications, and warranties related to Lowe's programs. Will write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs in the Tool Rental Department, cross-train in other store areas, detect and report security risks, maintain housekeeping and safety standards, and operate store equipment as needed to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
