Job Summary
Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies; assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; explains stock, warranties, and Lowe’s programs; writes customer contracts and invoices for tool rentals; cross-trains in other areas; detects shoplifting and security risks; maintains store cleanliness and safety; operates store equipment as needed; adheres to safety requirements and zone recovery; supports safe, secure, and efficient store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
