Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service at Lowe's, guiding customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; communicate warranty and stock information; process invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs; cross-train in other store areas; monitor for theft and maintain safe, clean work areas; operate various store equipment and technology to support sales and service.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
