Job Summary
Seasonal Cashier at Lowe's providing SMART customer service and assisting customers with locating and selecting merchandise, processing invoices for tool rental and repairs, answering questions about stock, warranties, and Lowe's programs, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. The role involves cross-training in other areas, recognizing security risks, contributing to Zone Recovery, operating store equipment as needed, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
