Job Summary
Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies; assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise; answers questions and walks customers through projects; writes customer contracts and invoices for tool rental and repairs; cross-trains in other store areas; detects shoplifting and communicates with management; ensures cleanliness, safety, and organized work areas; uses store equipment and adheres to safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
