Job Summary
Seasonal Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment. Responsibilities include achieving individual sales goals, assisting with opening/closing procedures, locating merchandise, processing transactions accurately, handling cash, maintaining inventory and loss prevention practices, and contributing to merchandising and window displays. Requires 18 years of age or older, ability to stand for extended periods, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Recognized as part of Stand Out For Good, with a strong focus on guest experience and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, bending, climbing ladders or stairs as needed
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly
- Proven customer service and sales skills
- Experience with cash handling and POS transactions
- Ability to maintain merchandising and store presentation
- Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced retail environment
