Job Summary
Anticipate guest needs, exceed service expectations, and build relationships to drive revenue and achieve individual sales goals. Complete opening and closing procedures, process register transactions accurately, and handle cash and change without error. Locate and organize merchandise, maintain clean window displays and store environments, and adhere to loss prevention practices. Report potential hazards and inventory discrepancies to leadership while remaining flexible to business needs. Requires prolonged standing, lifting 30 pounds, and occasional ladder use. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
