Job Summary
Brand Ambassador at Diptyque Bal Harbour delivers luxury retail experiences through deep product knowledge and personalized client engagement. Responsibilities include greeting and connecting with clients, advising on merchandise and services, driving sales across channels, educating clients on promotions, policies and events, handling returns, maintaining a well-presented selling floor, and supporting operational tasks. Must cultivate client relationships, leverage digital tools to reach clients, and adapt to a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires at least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience, excellent communication, a strong business sense, proficiency with MS Office, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail industry; beauty experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Industry awareness and strong business acumen; Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills; Passion for the Beauty and Fragrance Industry; Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
