Job Summary
Take calls from insurance agents across the country to troubleshoot platform issues, answer questions about applications and referrals, and guide them through the ACA enrollment process. Follow support protocols while providing thoughtful service that balances efficiency and empathy. Learn the health insurance industry to help agents navigate our platform and enroll their clients in coverage. Support related tasks as needed while reporting to a supervisor. Work remotely from a dedicated space with reliable internet access, reporting through the end of December 2026 with a potential extension into January 2027 if Open Enrollment is extended.
Required Qualifications
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- Previous customer service experience
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities with the ability to thrive in team settings where open communication and constructive feedback are encouraged
- A dedicated space to work remotely that has room for a desktop monitor and other provided equipment
- A work space that is free of background noise and distraction to provide information privacy
- Reliable home internet with download speed exceeding 128Mbps
