Job Summary
Take calls from insurance agents across the country to troubleshoot platform issues and answer questions about ACA applications and referrals. Learn the enrollment process to guide agents in navigating our platform to enroll their clients. Follow support protocols while providing thoughtful service that balances efficiency and empathy on every interaction. Support related tasks as needed while reporting to a Supervisor. This seasonal contract runs through the end of December 2026, with a possibility of extension into January 2027 if Open Enrollment is extended. The role requires residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, fluency in Spanish, and reliable home internet exceeding 128Mbps.
Required Qualifications
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
- Previous customer service experience
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities with the ability to thrive in team settings where open communication and constructive feedback are encouraged
- A dedicated space to work remotely that has room for a desktop monitor and other provided equipment
- A work space that is free of background noise and distraction to provide information privacy
- Reliable home internet with download speed exceeding 128Mbps
