Seasonal Behavioral Technician (Middlesex County, NJ) – $300 Sign-on Bonus

Seasonal Behavioral Technician needed in Middlesex County, NJ to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. Roles include non-physical emotional/behavioral support, implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting functional assessments (ADLs), redirection strategies, timely visit notes, crisis de-escalation, client engagement, and participation in case reviews and trainings. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) with NJ CSOC Certification within 6 months and pursuing RBT certification within 6 months. Valid NJ driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and pre-employment drug screen required. Bilingual (Spanish) encouraged. Minimum commitment of 3 months. Sign-on bonus of $300 offered; 30+ hours/week typically scheduled in evenings across in-home, in-community, and in-center settings.
