Job Summary
Seasonal Behavioral Technician to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center in Burlington County, NJ. 5–20 hours/week, evenings. Responsibilities include providing non-physical emotional/behavioral support, ensuring safety, implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting ADLs, using redirection strategies, submitting visit notes, responding to crises, engaging clients in activities, attending case reviews and trainings, and following agency protocols. Qualifications emphasize work authorization, NJ CSOC certification within 6 months, pursuing RBT certification within 6 months, a valid NJ driver’s license, background checks, drug screening, and bilingual ability encouraged. A $300 sign-on bonus is available for new Behavioral Technicians who join the team; multiple eligibility criteria apply for the bonus. Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Initiative to frequently check emails for admin communications
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing and able to commit to the position for a minimum of three (3) months
- Pathways for Qualification Based on New Jersey Guidelines: RBT with BACB supervision requirement or relevant degree hours or HS diploma with 3 years of supervised experience
