Seasonal Behavioral Technician (Bergen County) – $300 Sign-on Bonus

Seasonal Behavioral Technician to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center (Bergen County, NJ). Typically 5–20 hours per week with 2–4 hour evening shifts; provide non-physical, emotional and behavioral support, ensure client safety, implement Individual Support Plans, conduct functional assessments (ADLs), use redirection strategies, submit visit notes, respond to crises with de-escalation, engage clients in activities, attend case reviews and trainings, and follow agency protocols. Requires NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire and pursuit of Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months. Must have a valid NJ driver’s license, pass background checks, and pre-employment drug screen. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged. Must commit to at least three months. Eligible pathways based on education: HS Diploma/GED with 3 years of supervised experience, or RBT/BACB with supervision requirements, or degree-based requirements as outlined. Sign-on bonus of $300 is offered for joins, with eligibility criteria including onboarding completion, maintaining 2–3 clients weekly, and good standing.
