Job Summary
Seasonal Bartender needed to deliver exceptional beverage service during peak periods. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences, engaging with guests and making recommendations, maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, restocking supplies, disposing waste properly, monitoring inventory and reporting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations related to alcohol service. Skills include effective communication, guest-focused service, physical stamina, and organizational abilities; preferred qualifications include responsible alcohol service certification, fast-paced bar/restaurant experience, knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology, POS operation, and multilingual abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 for alcohol service in the United States
- Experience as a bartender or in customer service within hospitality
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
