Seasonal Bartender- CHIDO Restaurant

The Bartender is responsible for serving drinks, preparing cocktails, and creating a welcoming environment for guests at the bar. Must have knowledge of drink recipes, bar terminology, and liquor laws; follow portion controls and comply with state, federal, and company regulations. Maintain a clean, organized bar area, balance daily receipts, check IDs, and respond to intoxication cues per training. Require strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and familiarity with resort POS systems. Previous bartending experience in a full-service bar or restaurant and mixology certifications are preferred. High school diploma is required; state certifications for food handling and alcohol service are relevant. The role is part-time and seasonal at OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, located in Oklahoma City, OK."
