Job Summary
Seasonal Barista at Peet’s Coffee in Springfield, VA. Responsibilities include preparing handcrafted beverages to Peet’s high standards, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean, organized coffeebar. Drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge; collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment; maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Position requires flexible part-time availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays) and being legally eligible to work in the United States. Pay is $15.00 per hour plus estimated cash tips, with benefits available for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum availability of two days a week or more (including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies and work with and among minors
- Perform various physical tasks during the work shift
