Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Input orders into the cash register system, collect payment, and take orders recorded in the MICROS system to prepare food and coffee beverages. Ensure appliances are turned on or off at appropriate times, bus coffee cart areas, and clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day. Obtain change required for expected business levels, count the bank at shift end, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank. Follow all company and safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training. Welcome guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional appearance.
