Job Summary
Seasonal Bar Support at Mumm Napa supporting bar service and wine sales to guests and club members. Responsibilities include running the bar, restocking inventory, organizing bar items, maintaining bar cleanliness, bussing tables, some food handling, and general support for Visitor Center staff. 75% bar duties (inventory sheets, rotating SKUs, tastings, glassware, bar sanitation, stocking) and 25% inventory restock (receiving wine deliveries, documenting transfers, operating forklift, organizing storage). Weekend schedule required; on-site location in Napa, CA. Proficiency with Excel and forklift operation are noted in qualifications; driver’s license required.”,
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented
- Basic math skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends, some holidays and evenings, as necessary
- Ability to lift heavy boxes (40-50 lbs) on a repeated basis
- Position entails excessive standing and walking, and considerable bending
- Current driver’s license
- Forklift Certified (desirable)
- Barback Experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of wine and wine production (desirable)
- Bilingual (desirable)
- Microsoft Excel (desirable)
