Job Summary
Seasonal Backserver responsible for following Steps of Service, coordinating daily setup and resetting tables according to the seating plan, and delivering food quickly and professionally to guests. Will accommodate guest requests, support servers/Executive Chef/General Manager, maintain health and safety standards, ensure dishes are plated and served correctly, and work as part of a team to provide seamless service in a high-volume environment. Must be knowledgeable about the menu, able to suggest items, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds; prior Food & Beverage experience and POS knowledge preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of Food & Beverage experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
