Job Summary
Seasonal retail associate at Belk in Staunton, VA delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing transactions, handling inquiries and returns, assisting with store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing and promotions, product processing and placement, and maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness. Stay informed on products, promotions, and store events to provide accurate information, contribute to a positive team culture, and follow asset protection and safety guidelines. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of lifting at least 50 lbs; candidates must be at least 16 years old.
