Job Summary
Welcome every customer entering the store, assist them in finding products by explaining quality and features, and suggest complementary items. Make yourself available in fitting rooms, prepare and place merchandise on the sales floor, and ensure the store and backstore remain clean and tidy. Accompany customers to the cash register to process transactions while meeting and exceeding personal sales goals. Respect head office policies and procedures, stay updated on new product arrivals to share top picks, and perform other duties as needed to support the team under store management supervision.
