Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and features, and confidently resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs, execute point-of-sale transactions, complete floor replenishment, and articulate promotional events and loyalty programs. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
