Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, assist with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Execute point of sale transactions, complete floor replenishment, and expedite shipments as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit options, to customers. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment and providing exceptional service. This role requires lifting 40 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and climbing ladders. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
