Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute point of sale transactions, and complete floor replenishment and shipments. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, minimizing store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
