Seasonal Associate

Seasonal team member at Belk in Sumter, SC, supporting multiple areas (Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more) with customer service, sales, and store operations to deliver a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing transactions, handling inquiries and returns, assisting with store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, visual merchandising, signage upkeep, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness. Requires staying informed on products, promotions, policies, and events, and contributing to a positive store culture through teamwork. Must be available for the specified availability window (July 16 – August 1, 2026) and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to move around store areas and lift up to 50 lbs.
