Job Summary
Seasonal Associate at Belk delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing transactions, handling inquiries and returns, helping with store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, visual merchandising, signage, stock replenishment, and maintaining clean, visually appealing selling areas. Stay informed on products, promotions, and store events; contribute to a positive team culture and adhere to asset protection and safety guidelines. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and technology proficiency with smartphones/tablets and Windows-based systems are valued to enhance service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated dedication to customer service
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success
- Comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablet, Windows-based systems)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to regularly move around store areas and lift up to 50 lbs
- Age 16 or older
