Job Summary
Seasonal team member at Belk delivers excellent customer service, supports store operations, drives sales, and helps maintain a well-organized selling environment. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing transactions, handling inquiries and returns, supporting curbside pickup and merchandising, maintaining signage and stock replenishment, staying informed on products and promotions, and contributing to a positive store culture. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age 16 to apply.
