Seasonal Associate

Seasonal Associate at Belk (Middlesboro Mall, Middlesboro, KY) delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include greeting, engaging, and assisting customers; processing transactions accurately; handling returns and inquiries; assisting with store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and visual merchandising; maintaining selling areas and signage; stocking replenishment; staying informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events; contributing to a positive team culture; following asset protection, safety, and security procedures; and adapting to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to move around all store areas, lift at least 50 lbs, and be 16 or older. Comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows). Commitment to customer service and ongoing learning within a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
